70S Ribosom, built out of the 30S (Thermus thermophilus, PDB-code 1DV4) and 50S (Deinococcus radiodurans,1NKW) subunits (using 1GIX and 1GIY as a base for docking 30S to 50S), docked A- and P-tRNA molecules (both 1JGP), artificial mRNA strain (modelled according to 1JGP) and nascent chain (the middle of the exit-tunnel), finally Erythromycin (1JZY) as an example for macrolide antibiotics.
